Asset management · Project-by-project disclosure · Investors worldwide

Global capital.Korean real assets.

Offered to eligible investors under the rules of their own jurisdiction. Capital at risk — distributions depend on each project's performance and are not guaranteed.

NexVest is the investment platform of Next Investment Holdings. We source real assets in Korea across energy, logistics, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing and more, structure each one as its own offering with its own disclosure and its own contract, raise the capital from investors worldwide, deploy it into the project, and pay out what the asset actually earns.

What we do

An asset manager, not a fund with a single theme

Next Investment Holdings runs the whole cycle for each project: disclosure, contract, subscription, deployment and distribution. Nothing here is pooled into one blind vehicle, and nothing is tied to one industry.

01

Every industry, one discipline

A cold-chain warehouse, a data centre, a production line and a solar plant earn money in completely different ways. We do not pretend otherwise. Each offering is underwritten on its own economics and carries its own risk factors, and we apply the same structuring and reporting discipline to all of them.

02

One project, one vehicle

Each project is held in its own vehicle with its own disclosure document and its own investment agreement. Your money funds the project you subscribed to and nothing else. A problem in one project does not reach into another, and there is no cross-collateralisation between offerings.

03

Investors worldwide, rules kept locally

You pick your region, language and currency, and see every amount in the currency you chose. Eligibility still follows the law where you live — we open a jurisdiction only once we can meet its private placement requirements, and we say plainly which ones are not open yet.

The cycle

How a project runs, end to end

The same five stages apply to every offering regardless of sector. Each stage has to complete before the next one starts.

01

01 · Disclosure

We source the asset, run technical and legal due diligence and publish the disclosure document for that project: what the asset is, how it earns, who the counterparties are, what can go wrong and what the terms are. Nothing is offered before this is public.

02

02 · Contract

You choose an amount and accept the investment agreement and the risk disclosure. The document version you accepted is recorded with your subscription. We issue you a reference code, or a deposit address, that belongs to that subscription alone.

03

03 · Subscription

You transfer in the currency you selected to the company's foreign currency account, or in USDT to your subscription's address. Receipt is matched against your reference and your name; anything that does not match is held for review rather than applied automatically.

04

04 · Deployment

Once the raise closes, the proceeds are moved into the project vehicle and deployed into the asset. Movements of funds require two people to authorise, and every movement is written to an audit trail that operations staff cannot edit.

05

05 · Distribution

The project reports the revenue it actually settled. After costs and reserves, the remainder is distributed to holders in proportion to their units. Distributions vary with performance, and a period with insufficient revenue is reduced or skipped.

Payments in and out are reconciled against bank statements or on-chain records before a subscription is confirmed or a distribution is released.

Coverage

The industries we underwrite

Composite of industrial and infrastructure assets
Composite of logistics and production assets

Next Investment Holdings is a general asset manager. We are not restricted to one sector, and we do not chase whichever sector is fashionable — we take on a project only where we can see the revenue, verify the counterparty and structure the security. Where we cannot, we say so and pass.

Offerings

Open and upcoming projects

Each offering is issued by its own vehicle, with segregated proceeds and its own risk factors. Terms shown before the final offering documents are issued are structuring parameters and are subject to change.

Why this platform

Three things that usually break in cross-border investment

None of these are marketing claims. They are the parts we had to build before taking a single subscription.

01

Money that can be traced to a project

Subscriptions are received into the company's foreign currency accounts against a reference code issued for your subscription alone, or by USDT to an address issued for your subscription alone. A payment that cannot be matched is held in an unassigned queue and reviewed by a person — it is never applied to a subscription automatically.

02

Disclosure before contract, always in that order

Each project publishes its disclosure document before subscriptions open. The investment agreement and the risk disclosure are versioned, and the version you accepted is recorded with your subscription, so what you agreed to stays legible years later.

03

Distributions funded only by the project

A project can only distribute out of revenue it has actually settled. The platform enforces that in code — a distribution cannot be paid from another project's cash or from new subscriptions. If revenue is short, the distribution is reduced or skipped, and that is reported as it happened.

Governance

What stops the obvious failures

Cross-border investment platforms fail in predictable ways: money that cannot be traced back to a subscriber, one person able to move funds alone, distributions paid out of new subscriptions, and disclosure that changes quietly after the fact. Each of these has a specific control, and the controls are enforced by the system rather than by procedure.

01

Payments matched, never assumed

Every subscription carries a reference code, or a deposit address, that belongs to it alone. Receipts are matched on reference, amount and sender name. Anything that fails a check goes to an unassigned queue for a person to resolve, and cannot progress on its own.

02

Two people to move money

Releasing a held deposit, converting currency and issuing units each require a second authoriser who is not the person who requested it. The system rejects an approval by the requester, so it is not a policy someone can quietly skip.

03

Distributions funded by the project alone

A distribution is checked against the revenue that project has actually settled. It cannot draw on another project's cash or on new subscriptions, which is the mechanism that turns a shortfall into a reduced distribution rather than into a transfer between investors.

04

Versioned disclosure

Disclosure documents, risk statements and investment agreements are versioned. The version you accepted is recorded against your subscription, so a later revision cannot change what you agreed to.

05

Eligibility checked per jurisdiction

Whether you can subscribe, at what minimum, and with what verification depends on where you live. Jurisdictions we have not cleared stay closed rather than being quietly allowed, and the platform refuses the subscription rather than relying on a disclaimer.

06

An audit trail operators cannot edit

Administrative actions — approvals, releases, policy changes, unit issuance — are written to an append-only log with the actor, the time and the before and after values. Operations staff can read it; they cannot rewrite it.

Enforced in codeDeposits confirm only after reconciliation against the statement or the chain ≤ Fund movements require a second authoriser − Distributions are capped by the project's own settled revenue

These are release-blocking checks with tests that fail the build if the behaviour changes, not guidelines.

Regulatory position

NexVest holds no financial-services authorisation of its own and claims none. Each offering is structured with external counsel in Korea and in the investor's jurisdiction, and a jurisdiction is opened only once its private placement requirements can be met. Where that is not yet the case, the jurisdiction stays closed and the platform refuses the subscription.

Questions

What people ask before subscribing

01What does NexVest actually do?
Next Investment Holdings is an asset manager. We source real assets in Korea, structure each one as a separate offering, disclose it, raise capital from investors abroad, deploy that capital into the project and distribute what the asset earns. We are not a fund with a single theme and not a marketplace that merely introduces you to somebody else's deal.
02Which industries do you invest in?
All of them, in principle — energy, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, content, technology, agriculture, hospitality, consumer, financial and commodity assets. What matters is whether the revenue is visible, the counterparty is verifiable and the security can be structured. Where those do not hold, we pass, regardless of the sector.
03Who can invest?
Investors worldwide, subject to the rules of their own jurisdiction. Most jurisdictions we have opened are on a private placement basis for professional, accredited or wholesale investors, because that is what their law requires for an offering of this kind. Some jurisdictions are not open at all yet. The platform checks this at subscription and will refuse rather than let you proceed.
04How do I pay, and in which currency?
You choose your region, language and display currency, and every amount is shown in the currency you picked. For payment, you transfer to the company's foreign currency account in USD, EUR, JPY, CNY or KRW, or you send USDT to an address issued for your subscription. Where the payment currency differs from the project's contract currency, the amount to send is fixed at the rate quoted when you subscribed.
05How is my payment linked to my subscription?
By a reference code issued for that subscription alone, which you enter in the transfer, together with a check on the amount and the sender name. For USDT, the deposit address itself belongs to your subscription. If a payment arrives that we cannot match, it is held and reviewed by a person rather than applied to a subscription automatically.
06What returns should I expect?
We do not project a return, and none is promised. Distributions come from what each project actually earns and settles, after costs and reserves. They vary between periods, can be zero in a given period, and the capital is at risk — a project can lose value or fail. Each offering's disclosure sets out its own risk factors, and you should read them before subscribing.

See what is open, in your currency

Set your region, language and currency, then look at the current offerings. Each one carries its own disclosure document, its own terms and its own risk factors. Registration lets you see the full documents; it does not commit you to anything.

Risk warning and important information

NexVest structures participations in Korean real-asset projects across every sector. These are investments in securities-type instruments: distributions depend on the performance of the underlying project, may be zero in any period, and the loss of the entire amount invested is possible. No fixed return, no yield and no repayment of capital is promised, offered or guaranteed. Nothing on this website is an offer, a solicitation, investment advice or a prospectus. Any offer is made solely to eligible investors on the basis of the final offering documents, and only in jurisdictions where such an offer is lawful. NexVest holds no financial-services authorisation of its own and makes no claim to one; legal and regulatory structuring is in progress with external counsel. Figures shown on this website that are described as targets, indicative or illustrative are planning parameters, not forecasts and not results.
